Job Description

The Clinic Centre Head plays a pivotal role in leading cross-functional teams, driving sales, ensuring compliance, and delivering exceptional client experiences aligned with brand standards. This position oversees the overall performance of the clinic – owning revenue, customer experience, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive business growth by delivering revenue and profitability targets.
  • Promote sales through consultations, upselling, cross-selling, and service bundling.
  • Track daily/weekly key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure they are met.

Operations & Service Excellence

  • Maintain smooth functioning of all clinic services, including slimming, beauty, dermatology, and wellness.
  • Ensure hygiene, safety, and quality standards are upheld.
  • Oversee inventory, billing, and cash management processes.

Team Leadership

  • Foster a culture of accountability, service, and sales focus within the clinic team.
  • Manage, coach, and motivate Centre staff, Slimming Heads, Beauty Heads, and Counselors.
  • Conduct regular reviews and performance appraisals.

Customer Experience

  • Guarantee every client receives a consistent, high-quality experience.
  • Resolve escalations and maintain high Net Promoter Score (NPS) and client retention.
  • Implement loyalty and referral programs.

Compliance & Reporting

  • Adequately comply with company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and statutory requirements.
  • Properly document for audits and reviews.
  • Provide regular performance updates to regional leadership.

Candidate Profile

  • Graduate or MBA preferred.
  • 6–10 years of experience in healthcare, wellness, hospitality, or retail services.
  • Proven track record of delivering revenue and leading teams.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Customer-centric mindset with high ownership.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
