Job Title: Operations Manager - AR Calling (US Healthcare)

Location: Bangalore

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager - AR Calling to lead and manage our AR (Accounts Receivable) Calling team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) with a proven track record of managing teams, driving performance, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage day-to-day operations of the AR Calling team.
  • Drive performance metrics including productivity, quality, and SLA adherence.
  • Monitor and review aging reports, follow-ups, and denial management.
  • Implement process improvements to maximize efficiency and collections.
  • Conduct regular reviews, training, and performance evaluations for the team.
  • Handle escalations and ensure timely resolution of client concerns.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Prepare and present MIS reports to senior management.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 12 + years of experience in AR Calling (US Healthcare).
  • Minimum 4 to 5 years of proven leadership experience in managing large AR teams.
  • Strong understanding of US Healthcare RCM processes, including AR, denials, and claims follow-up.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
