IT Infrastructure Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Infrastructure Specialist to support the smooth operation of our technology platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain Active Directory, Group Policy Objects, and user account lifecycle for optimal performance.
  • Administer and troubleshoot Windows servers OS (2016/2019/2022), desktops, and enterprise applications to ensure high availability.
  • Implement robust IT security policies, patch management, and data backup strategies to safeguard our systems.
  • Support networking, IPBX systems, and endpoint devices to minimize downtime and enable business continuity.
  • Collaborate with teams to leverage automation, bots, and AI-driven tools for digital growth and transformation.
  • Develop and document IT processes in line with industry standards and best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 2–3+ years of hands-on experience as a System Administrator or similar role with a proven track record of success.
  • Proficiency in Windows Server, AD, GPO, and Office 365 administration with excellent technical skills.
  • Basic knowledge of server hardware, virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V), and cloud (Azure/AWS) with a willingness to learn and adapt.
  • Working knowledge of scripting (PowerShell/Bash) for automation and integration with a strong problem-solving mindset.
  • Familiarity with endpoint security, email management, and user support with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment, collaborate with stakeholders, and communicate technical concepts clearly.
