Job Title: Security Manager

We are seeking an experienced Security Manager to oversee the safety and security of our operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the activities of all security personnel, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction, and managing risks related to safety, fire life safety, and food hygiene.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Direct and coordinate the activities of all security personnel, ensuring a high level of professionalism and effectiveness.
  2. Ensure that all security staff provides services that are above and beyond for customer satisfaction and retention.
  3. Ensure the safety and security of guests, staff, visitors, and contractors at all times, promoting a secure and comfortable environment.
  4. Manage all safety & security, Fire Life Safety, and food hygiene risks faced by the hotel, implementing strategies to mitigate these risks.
  5. Liaise with department heads to ensure hotel employees adhere to established security procedures, promoting a culture of security awareness.
  6. Record and notify all risks, deviations from hotel safety standards, and any untoward incidents, taking prompt action to address these issues.
  7. Track departmental safety records and document medically treated and non-treated injuries, analyzing trends to identify areas for improvement.
  8. Oversee and guide the efforts of the Accident Prevention Committee and Fire and Safety Committee, ensuring their objectives are aligned with hotel goals.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in security management and supervision, with a strong track record of success.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of safety and security protocols, with a deep understanding of risk management principles.
