Job Overview
">We are seeking a Senior Security Manager to lead our security team in ensuring the safety and security of guests, staff, and visitors. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing security personnel, identifying and mitigating risks, and maintaining compliance with established procedures.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the activities of all security personnel, ensuring customer satisfaction, and documenting incidents and risks. They will also liaise with department heads to ensure adherence to security protocols and track departmental safety records.
Key responsibilities include:

- Directing and coordinating the activities of all security personnel.">
- Ensuring that all security staff provides services that are above and beyond for customer satisfaction and retention.">
- Ensuring the safety and security of guests, staff, visitors, and contractors at all times.">
- Managing all safety & security, Fire Life Safety, and food hygiene risks faced by the hotel.">
- Liaising with all department heads to ensure hotel employees are adhering to established security procedures.">
- Recording and notifying all risks, deviations from hotels safety standards, and any untoward incidents.">
- Tracking departmental safety records and documenting medically treated and non-treated injuries.">
