Business Analyst Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled data professional to lead our business analytics efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data science, machine learning, and marketing, with expertise in SQL, R/Python, Salesforce, PowerBI, GA4, Facebook/Google advertising, IRIS, Pi, and MS-Office suite.

  • Track and streamline data from digital and performance marketing channels to provide insights on ROI measurement and KPIs tracking.
  • Develop and refine core marketing measurement frameworks and models in CRM, Loyalty, Media, Digital, and E-Com.
  • Source relevant data from enterprise data lakes and automate collection processes to build reports and predictive models.
  • Leverage data from additional sources like Facebook Ad accounts to answer high-impact business questions.
  • Work closely with digital & CRM agencies to define backend data architecture, storage, and ensure seamless data pipelines.
  • Analyze large amounts of information to discover trends and patterns and understand audience engagement with digital content.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Drive alignment of data measurement and strategy across the organization.
  2. Develop and cultivate relationships with all relevant partners at the regional and local level.
  3. Partner with multiple brand teams on overall measurement frameworks and models.
Training & Development
  • Increase data and analytics knowledge throughout the Marketing organization.
  • Support skills development and knowledge sharing across Area and Affiliate teams.

The ideal candidate will possess an MBA degree with 8+ years of experience in data science & analytics, CRM & Loyalty, digital marketing & E-Com. Strong math skills, analytical thinking, and business acumen are essential. Comfortable multitasking and excellent organizational skills are required. Experience managing cross-functional teams is a plus.
