
Key HR Leader Wanted

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead our hiring and onboarding process, drive employee engagement and retention, oversee performance reviews, ensure compliance and manage policies.
This is a challenging role that requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for human resources.
- Hiring and Onboarding:
- Lead the development and implementation of effective hiring strategies to attract top talent.
- Oversee the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new employees.
Employee Engagement and Retention:
- Develop and implement programs to improve employee satisfaction and retention.
- Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for changes.
Performance Reviews and Evaluations:
- Design and implement performance review processes to evaluate employee performance.
- Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and provide feedback to employees.
Compliance and Policy Management:
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure a positive work environment.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of HR experience in a similar industry.
- Proficiency in English, Tamil, and Malayalam languages.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
