Sales Tractor Specialist

Job Summary:
Sales Tractor Specialists are responsible for leading and guiding a team of sales professionals, ensuring productivity and excellence in sales. They interact with manufacturers, dealers, and sub-dealers in semi-urban and rural markets to source business opportunities. Key responsibilities include tie-ups with channel partners, associates for sales programs, development of direct and indirect teams, interaction with credit for loan applications and operations, and follow-up on infant delinquent cases.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and guide a team of 5 to 7 sales professionals to ensure productivity.
- Interaction with manufacturers, dealers, and sub-dealers in semi-urban and rural markets for sourcing business opportunities.
- Tie-up with channel partners and associates for sales programs.
- Ensure development of direct and indirect teams.
- Interaction with credit for loan applications and operations for smooth disbursement.
- Follow-up on infant delinquent cases and managing PDDs.
Requirements:
- Min 2 yrs of work experience in vehicle financing preferably CV CE MUVs.
- Knowledge of Sale-Purchase Broker Go Getter Attitude Strong Customer Orientation Self Motivated Good relationship Management.
