Job Description

This role is a crucial part of our construction projects, focusing on cost management and estimation. As a quantity surveyor, you will work closely with stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.

Your expertise will help optimize specifications without deviating from client needs. You will be responsible for validating technical specifications, presenting BOQs and solutions to management, and checking RA bills and final bills.

You will also prepare amendments, validate budget cost analysis based on benchmark cost matrix, and submit different budget options considering alternative solutions to actual design.

In addition, you will explore new products, propose optimization options in budgets, complete budget requirements within given timelines without delays, and prepare reports on cost analysis of projects as per management's requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Study project scope in-line with design requirements.
  • Validate technical specifications received from the design team.
  • Optimize specifications without any deviation in client requirement deliveries.
  • Validate BOQs and backup workings.
  • Presentation of BOQs and solutions to management and getting approvals.
  • Checking of RA bills and final bills.
  • Preparation of Amendments.
  • Validation of budget cost analysis based on benchmark cost matrix.
  • Submission of different budget options considering alternative solutions to actual design.
  • Exploring new products and taking them to approvals.
  • Proposing different optimization options in budgets.
  • Completion of Budget requirements in given TAT without any delays.
  • Preparation of different reports on cost analysis of Projects as per Management.
