Job Title: Project Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Design Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for creating mechanical designs that meet our customers' needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create special mechanical designs incorporating GD&T and drawing codes and practices.
  • Prepare BOM in SAP for standard and non-standard motors.
  • Evaluate all designs to ensure they meet company, industry, and customer technical standards/requirements.
  • Perform tolerance and mechanical stress analysis as necessary.
  • Support mechanical designs for New Product Introductions.
  • Address manufacturing concerns or questions related to mechanical designs and/or bill of materials.
  • Provide feedback and solutions to project managers and project engineers to meet customer needs.
  • Create and document standards for mechanical designs.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering with 4+ years of experience preferably in LV Motors, Induction Motors Design.
  • Experience with PLM software - Teamcenter.
  • Familiarity with 3D design including use of NX, Solid works, or equivalent design platforms.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Must be self-motivated with a high level of creativity.
