Senior Mechanical Design Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Mechanical Design Lead to join our team. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for leading the design and development of complex mechanical systems.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced mechanical engineer who is passionate about designing innovative solutions that meet or exceed customer expectations.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead cross-functional teams in the design and development of mechanical systems
  • Develop and maintain industry standards and regulations related to component design and manufacturing
  • Maintain effective communication with stakeholders to ensure project goals are met

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
• At least 10-15 years of experience in Crane Design, Heavy Engineering, or Material Handling equipment
• Proficiency in MATHCAD/EXCEL software and ability to create complex component designs
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong leadership and collaboration skills
