Job Title: Junior NOC Engineer - A2P Messaging

We are seeking a skilled Junior NOC Engineer to join our team. This is a full-time, remote role where you will monitor and maintain network operations, manage and troubleshoot technical issues, ensure network security, and provide technical support to clients.

This role involves proactive network maintenance, immediate issue resolution, and supporting enterprise-level communication and messaging solutions.

Responsibilities include:

  • Monitoring Disk Space, log files, Dumps/logs purging, application up-time
  • Capacity management and reporting in case of possible breach of capacity
  • Answer customer emails/calls and provide timely & high level of service
  • Use a variety of tools (Ethereal/Wireshark, ping, traceroute, browser, etc.) to quickly verify reported events

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a similar field
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in VOIP technologies, including familiarity with SIP and RTP protocols.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in A2P SMS technologies, including familiarity with SMPP and TCP/IP protocols and proficiency in PCAP analysis.

Preferred qualifications include experience working at a leading A2P operator and deploying, managing, and troubleshooting network infrastructures.
