E-Learning Quality Assurance Professional

We are seeking a skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to ensure the highest standards of quality and accuracy in our eLearning courses.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for verifying the quality of audio production, transcripts, visuals, timing, interactivities, browsers, player menu items, and LMS testing.
- Audio & Transcript:
- Verify the quality of audio production and confirm that voice talent reads the storyboard accurately.
- Confirm that text transcript is formatted as per standards and that visuals fade in/out in sync with the audio.
- Visuals and Timing:
- Verify that graphics are as per standards and conform to the approved storyboard.
- Confirm that on-screen text is formatted properly and that visuals do not overlap when multiple audio tracks are layered on a single slide.
- Interactivities:
- Ensure that activities function as described in the storyboard and provide accurate feedback.
- Check that click-to-reveal items function properly and that audio does not overlap when multiple audio tracks are layered on a single slide.
- Browsers:
- Test the course in various browsers, including IE, Firefox, Safari, and Chrome.
- Player Menu Items:
- Test all player menu items to confirm that they function as desired.
- LMS Testing:
- Confirm that the course uploads to the LMS without errors and can be assigned to a test user.
- Verify that the course shows up in the test user account
