Job Title: Senior Finance Business Leader\

This role is a key member of the leadership team, responsible for developing and implementing strategic financial plans to drive business growth.

  • Conducts performance appraisals and develops training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.\
  • Monitors and controls expenditures to achieve cost savings and efficiency gains.\
  • Reconciles balance sheets and ensures accuracy in financial reporting.\
  • Develops and submits reports in a timely manner to meet business needs.\
  • Provides financial guidance to support business expansion and growth initiatives.\
  • Collaborates with stakeholders to identify and address financial risks and opportunities.\
  • Leads by example and demonstrates honesty, integrity and transparency in all financial dealings.\
  • Ensures compliance with company policies, laws and regulations.\
  • Manages and motivates teams to deliver high-quality results.\
  • Stays up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement.\
  • Participates in budget reviews to identify areas for cost reduction and process improvements.\
  • Coordinates with cross-functional teams to implement new technologies and systems.\
  • Improves profit growth through sound financial planning and analysis.\
  • Prepares and presents financial information to senior management and other stakeholders.\
  • Facilitates critique meetings to review financial performance and plan for future growth.\
  • Develops and maintains effective relationships with owners, corporate partners and other key stakeholders.\
  • Implements a system of controls to manage financial risks.\
  • Identifies opportunities for cost savings and productivity improvements.\
  • Provides analytical support during budget reviews to identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvements.\
  • Compiles information, analyzes and monitors actual sales against projected sales.\
  • Creates accurate forecasts that enable operations to react to changes in the business.\

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field.\
  • Minimum 4 years experience in finance and accounting.\
  • Or Master's degree in Finance or related field; no work experience required.\
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.\
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.\
  • Ability to lead and motivate teams.\
  • Knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.\
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.\
  • Experience with financial software and systems.\
