  • Financial Management: Oversee daily financial transactions, manage accounts payable and receivable, and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Prepare, analyze, and interpret financial statements and reports to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Budgeting & Planning: Develop and implement financial plans and budgets, and monitor performance against established goals.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to financial policies, procedures, and relevant tax and statutory regulations, including assisting with tax filings and audits.
  • Cash Flow Management: Monitor and manage the organization's cash flow effectively.
  • Financial Guidance: Provide financial advice and guidance to other departments and senior management.
  • Risk Management: Manage financial risks and identify potential financial opportunities.
  • Collaboration: Work with other departments to align financial activities with overall business objectives and support sales and marketing efforts.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Education: A bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related business field is typically required.
  • Experience: Proven experience in a finance or related role.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
  • Adaptability: Ability to stay updated on industry trends and changes in financial regulations.
