Project Leader

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our mobile banking projects. As Project Leader, you will be responsible for ensuring alignment with business goals and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely and quality delivery.
  • Maintain compliance with bank regulations, data privacy laws, and cybersecurity standards.
  • Foster stakeholder communication and change management activities across departments.

Requirements:

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of banking products and services.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in the Indian banking industry.
  • Knowledge of PMP, Scrum, and Prince 2 methodologies.
  • Hands-on experience with project management tools and mobile app release mechanisms.
