Role Summary:

We are currently looking for an experienced Techno-Functional Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing expert-level support and guidance on Oracle Flexcube customization and production support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical expertise and support for Flexcube core banking, including customization and production support.
  • Perform requirement gathering, gap analysis, and functional design for new business needs.
  • Deliver customizations, interfaces, and reports as per business requirements.
  • Manage EOD/BOD operations, parameter setup, and issue resolution in production environments.
Required Skills:
  • Strong understanding of Oracle Flexcube universal banking base and banking domain process.
  • Good experience in multiple modules (Core, CASA, Loans, Trade finance, Payments, Treasury).
  • Good knowledge of interfaces, integration with external systems.
  • Experience in parameterization, customization, and report development.
  • Knowledge on Oracle FLEXCUBE Development Workbench for Direct and Mobile Banking.
Desirable Qualifications:
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
