We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Project Coordinator.

This is a critical position in our organization, requiring strong administrative and coordination skills to manage schedules, documentation, risks, and governance reporting.

  • Coordinate project activities, schedules, and meetings
  • Maintain trackers, reports, and governance-ready documentation
  • Monitor milestones, risks, issues, and change logs
  • Liaise with stakeholders across business, IT, and compliance teams
  • Support UAT planning, issue tracking, and leadership reporting
  • Ensure adherence to banking procedures, internal controls, and compliance standards

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage project timelines and ensure timely completion of tasks
  • Develop and maintain project plans, including resource allocation and risk management strategies
  • Coordinate communication among team members and stakeholders
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives
  • Maintain accurate records and reports

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience as a Project Coordinator in a banking environment
  • Strong multitasking and communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and work under pressure
