Job Title: Technical Consultant/ Developer

Overview:

The selected candidate will work as part of the development team, and report to the project manager and technical lead.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, deploy, customize, and integrate Dynamics 365 Customer Service software.
  • Design, develop, and implement business processes, plugins, and workflows for the company's CRM system.
  • Create custom entities and relationships between those entities in the CRM system.
  • Handle multiple business units with data segregation and cross BU access/roles.
  • Develop Dynamics Self-service Portals and Custom portal integrating multiple Dynamics instances for Case creation, Case status update, Add Comment. Upload Screenshots and knowledge Management integrating SharePoint platform.
  • Develop software using Microsoft .Net, C#, JSON, and jQuery programming languages.
  • Work with Customer Service Hub, Unified Client Interface, Client API form context, and Model-driven apps.
  • Develop Scheduled Reports, Custom SSRS reports with multiple data sources (external & internal).
  • Develop automations using Power Automate and Power Apps.
  • Develop applications which can be published to Azure cloud.
  • Handle huge volumes of case and email records.
  • Use third-party tools to configure, customize, monitor, and troubleshoot the Dynamics application.
  • Implement Agile/Scrum based process using tools like Azure DevOps with pipeline automation for CI/CD.
  • Design and automate survey forms using MS Forms Pro.
