As an Operational Coordinator, you will oversee day-to-day operations to ensure seamless execution of tasks and projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate daily activities and manage workflows to meet project objectives
- Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency and productivity
- Collaborate with team members to resolve operational issues and address customer inquiries
- Conduct quality checks on task completion and provide feedback for improvement
- 4-7 years of experience in a related field such as AP/Procurement/T&E
- Strong knowledge of helpdesk software and vendor management systems
- Proficiency in Mandarin language
- Expertise in reconciliation preparation and resolution
- Hands-on experience in issue resolution and escalation management
- Ability to train and provide feedback to peers as subject matter expert
The ideal candidate will have experience with Oracle and ARIBA, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work under tight deadlines to manage client expectations.
