Job Title

We are seeking a visionary leader to drive strategic planning, program management, and operational excellence.

  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to define business strategy and OKRs.
  • Break down complex problems and drive clarity through structured problem solving.
  • Develop long-term plans, set annual goals, and conduct strategic business reviews.
  • Owning end-to-end program management for high-impact cross-functional initiatives.
  • Analyze internal processes to identify bottlenecks and implement improvements.
  • Design dashboards and frameworks to track business performance and health metrics.
  • Champion process automation and scalable systems that support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a liaison between internal teams such as product, ops, finance, and marketing.
  • Develop strategies for collections of payments from drivers under new business lines.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
  • 7+ years experience in strategy/consulting/operations management, preferably in startups, automotive, logistics, or energy sectors.
  • Proven experience in managing franchisee relationships and multi-site operations.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and develop actionable insights.
