Network Optimization Expert

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Network Optimization Expert. The ideal candidate will have expertise in multi-vendor technologies, particularly Nokia, and possess a strong skill set in layer management and optimization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Optimize black cell throughput improvement using in-depth OSS KPI tuning knowledge.
  • Configure basic to advanced design and optimization parameters and determine ideal values based on specific scenarios.
  • Ensure clarity in logic and application of configuration settings.
  • Perform load balancing and revise mobility strategy based on customer requirements.
  • Improve throughput across RAN networks and guide the team towards achieving efficiency targets.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunication Engineering, Computer Science, or Computer Engineering.
  • Experience as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in a Network Engineering services operator technology environment.
  • Excellent level of numeracy, analytics, and data interpretation skills.
  • Ability to identify blockers and remove barriers towards achieving efficiency targets.
