Real Estate Marketing Professional Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled marketing professional to manage paid ad campaigns for real estate projects on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute campaign strategies to achieve maximum ROI
  • Analyze performance data, optimize targeting, and enhance campaign effectiveness
  • Create daily/weekly reports using Excel and Google Sheets
  • Collaborate with creative teams and website developers for ad assets and landing pages
  • Pitch real estate projects to clients and communicate performance metrics confidently
  • Utilize AI tools for research, content drafting, and campaign planning
  • Monitor lead flow from CRM to ad platforms and troubleshoot issues
  • Support team growth initiatives and stay updated with industry trends
Requirements:
  • 1–3 years of experience with Meta & Google Ads in real estate campaigns
  • Strong understanding of audience targeting, lead generation, and campaign optimization
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Able to analyze data, present reports, and make strategic decisions
  • Proficient in Excel, Google Sheets, Google Drive
  • Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT, Jasper, etc. for marketing tasks
