Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO project manager to lead our projects, including Cash Management and Group Reporting. The successful candidate will be responsible for gathering client requirements, identifying system gaps, and designing tailored SAP FICO solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cash Management and Group Reporting: Lead SAP FICO projects involving cash management and group reporting, ensuring timely and accurate financial data processing.
  • Requirements Gathering and Solution Design: Gather client requirements, identify system gaps, and design tailored SAP FICO solutions that meet their needs.
  • Product Costing and Integration: Responsible for product costing, COPA, and integration with SD, MM, PP, QM, and FICO modules.
  • Financial Accounting and Controlling: Manage financial accounting (FI) and controlling (CO) functions: General Ledger, Accounts Receivable/Payable, Asset Accounting, Tax, Cost Centre, Internal Orders, and Profitability Analysis.
  • Troubleshooting and Support: Troubleshoot and resolve SAP FICO-related issues, providing support to end-users.
  • Training and Documentation: Conduct training, develop user documentation, and ensure smooth month-end/quarter-end/year-end closing.
  • Internal Controls and Compliance: Implement internal financial controls, SAP GRC SOD, and support audit processes.
  • System Integration and Upgrade: Support integration with non-SAP systems, develop custom reports, and manage SAP upgrades and enhancements.
Required Skills:
  • SAP FI/CO Expertise: Strong expertise in SAP FI/CO modules (including Cash Management, Group Reporting, and Costing).
  • SAP Integration: Experience with SAP integration (MM, SD, PP, PM).
  • SAP Treasury and Project Systems: Hands-on experience in SAP Treasury, Project Systems, and GRC.
  • Automated Testing and Vendor Management: Proficient in automated testing, troubleshooting, and vendor management.
  • Internal Financial Controls and Audit Compliance: Knowledge of internal financial controls and audit compliance.
