Product Success Manager

We are seeking an experienced Product Success Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Product Success organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful deployment and adoption of our Finance Supply Chain solutions.

In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, Customer Outcomes, and Alliance Channels, to help customers achieve their goals through procurement digital transformation journeys.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Manage customer programs, including Lighthouse and Vanguard pipelines, to ensure a healthy pool of referenceable customers.
    • Develop and manage reference activity, including case studies, video testimonials, and other reference materials.
    • Support customer and partner onboarding, including monitoring deployment activity and identifying areas for improvement.
    • Measure and monitor customer success, including key adoption metrics and customer health scores.

What You'll Need:

  • Experience: 5+ years in product management or a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and project management skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
