Key Role:

  • Pega Dev Engineer

About the Job:

As a Pega Dev Engineer, you will be responsible for creating efficient onboarding and KYC processes. You will work in an agile squad with Ops engineers, business specialists, and other Pega Dev engineers to deliver high-quality software solutions.

In this context, squads of engineers should be able to perform various tasks including feature analysis, development, configuration, testing, and support operations. To strengthen our software delivery, you will suggest and contribute to Continuous Delivery initiatives and automate everything from deployment to functional, technical, and performance testing.

Responsibilities:

  • Participating in User Story refinement
  • Analyzing requirements and requesting modifications or enriching them when necessary
  • Designing solutions and implementing qualitative applications
  • Building applications as close as possible to Pega's out-of-the-box features
  • Creating or modifying unit tests when necessary along the implementation of new functionalities
  • Participating in manual testing activities when required
  • Proactively monitoring application quality and ensuring logs do not display unwanted messages and errors
  • Participating in the Peer Review process and fixing incidents and problems when necessary

Requirements:

  • Experience with Pega SA
  • Strong understanding of agile development methodologies and principles
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
