Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations & Admin Coordinator to manage farm data, administration, and team coordination. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth execution of farm activities while maintaining accurate records and supporting the farm's long-term growth.

  • Farm Operations & Data Management (MIS)

- Track and analyze farm inputs, outputs, labour records, and costs (crops, labor, infrastructure).

- Monitor yield performance vs. planned targets and generate reports with the farm manager.

- Prepare and implement project budgets and timeframes for farm activities and infrastructure development.

- Ensure accurate data entry and report generation using Google Sheets or ERP systems.

  • Administrative & Compliance Support

- Handle invoices, receipts, procurement, and farm records.

- Manage FSSAI licenses, land documents, and legal compliance.

- Organize meetings, schedules, and travel logistics.

- Maintain inventory of farm supplies and coordinate timely procurement.

  • HR & Team Coordination

- Maintain attendance records, payment, and work schedules for farm laborers.

- Assist in hiring and onboarding new team members.

- Act as the bridge between farm workers, management, and consultants.

  • SOP Development, Equipment Maintenance & Infrastructure Documentation

- Create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for farm machinery, tools, and infrastructure.

- Document best practices for maintenance, safety, and troubleshooting.

- Run routine maintenance inspections and monitor infrastructure conditions.

- Facilitate training of farm staff on proper use of equipment and record maintenance schedules.

- Support maintenance and installation work as needed.
