Job Title:

Senior Deep Learning Architect

Our company is seeking an experienced Senior Deep Learning Architect to lead the design and implementation of cutting-edge GPU computers for demanding deep learning, high-performance computing, and computationally intensive workloads.

  • As a leader, you will drive architectural changes and new approaches to accelerate our deep learning models, addressing compute, networking, and storage design for large-scale workloads, effective resource utilization in heterogeneous environments, and evolving our private/public cloud strategy.
  • You will convert business needs into product goals covering workload scenarios, end-user expectations, compute infrastructure, and time of execution, leading to production-ready algorithms.
  • Benchmark and optimize Computer Vision Algorithms and Hardware Accelerators for performance and quality KPIs.
  • Collaborate with various teams to drive an end-to-end workflow from data curation and training to performance optimization and deployment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • MS or PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field, with strong background in deploying complex deep learning architectures.
  • 7+ years of experience in Machine Learning, Deep Neural Networks, numerical analysis, performance analysis, model compression, and computer architecture.
  • Excellent C/C++ programming skills, hands-on expertise with PyTorch, TensorRT, CuDNN, and GPU computing (CUDA, OpenCL, OpenACC).
  • In-depth understanding of container technologies like Docker, Singularity, Shifter, Charliecloud, and proficient in Python programming and bash scripting.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, self-motivated, and able to find creative solutions to problems.
