Job Title: Technical Leadership Opportunity in Energy Storage Systems 

As a seasoned professional, you will lead our Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) division, leveraging your expertise in energy storage technologies, system integration, and project execution. You will guide technical teams, drive innovation, and collaborate with utilities, EPC contractors, and technology providers.

**Key Responsibilities:**
  • Achieve Success: Oversee the design, development, and deployment of BESS projects from concept to commissioning.
  • Technical Guidance: Provide leadership on battery chemistries, power electronics, and system integration with renewable energy and grid infrastructure.
  • Project Oversight: Manage project feasibility studies, technical evaluations, and system sizing.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to industry standards, safety codes, and regulatory frameworks.
  • Collaboration: Foster partnerships with utilities, EPC contractors, and technology providers.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop strategies for O&M, performance optimization, and lifecycle management.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team of engineers and technicians.
  • Industry Expertise: Stay ahead of emerging storage technologies, market trends, and policies to maintain competitive advantage.


Qualifications & Experience:
  • Degree: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, Renewable Energy, or related field.
  • Professional Background: 10+ years of experience in energy storage, renewable energy, or related power/utility sector, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Track Record: Proven record in BESS system design, integration, and commissioning (utility-scale preferred).
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of grid codes, safety standards, and energy markets.
  • Hands-On Experience: Hands-on experience with EMS, SCADA, and controls.
  • Leadership Skills: Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
