Job Opportunity

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical accounting professional to join our finance team.

The ideal candidate should possess strong financial fundamentals, excellent Excel skills, and prior experience in general ledger management.

The role primarily focuses on revenue recognition, bank reconciliation, and supporting month-end close processes. Key responsibilities include:

  • Accounting for revenue recognition in compliance with US GAAP/applicable standards.
  • Prepare and submit general ledger entries with supporting documentation.
  • Perform daily and monthly bank reconciliations, identifying and resolving variances.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing activities, including journal entries and accruals.
  • Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Support audit processes by preparing required schedules and documentation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure proper recording of financial transactions.
  • Analyze and interpret financial data to support reporting and decision-making.

Qualifications & Experience

The successful candidate will have:

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years proven working experience in accounting domain.
  • Understanding of basic principles of finance, accounting, and bookkeeping.
  • Strong technology skills are critical, with expertise in Microsoft Excel.
  • Working experience in Sage Intacct is a plus.
  • Flexibility to work in UK/US time zone.
  • Prior experience working with third-party client setup.
  • Experience managing project work with tight deadlines and working in a fast-paced environment.
