Chief of Staff

About the Role:

The Chief of Staff will act as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to the executive leadership team. They will support decision-making, drive cross-functional initiatives, and enable organizational effectiveness.

  • Work closely with the CEO and leadership team to shape and execute organizational strategy.
  • Anticipate challenges, identify opportunities, and provide data-driven insights for decision-making.

Strategic Partnering

  • Drive business growth through data analysis and strategic planning.
Business & Financial Leadership
  • Monitor and manage budgetary oversight with analytical rigor.
  • Enhance operational efficiency by identifying areas for improvement.
Cross-Functional Alignment
  • Build strong relationships with senior leaders to ensure seamless execution of priorities.
  • Facilitate effective communication across departments.
Change Management & Digital Transformation
  • Develop and implement technology-driven solutions to enhance agility and scalability.
  • Align processes and systems with the organization's digital-first vision.
Leadership Enablement
  • Prepare high-quality reports and presentations for executive stakeholders.
  • Provide strategic insights and business cases for growth initiatives.
Organizational Culture & Communication
  • Navigate complex team dynamics to foster a positive work environment.
  • Ensure clear and transparent communication throughout the organization.

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of experience in P&L management or strategic projects.
  • Proven track record of leading teams or driving cross-functional initiatives.
  • Digital native with ability to adapt to and drive technology-enabled change.
  • Strong influencing skills without authority, with the ability to build trust across senior stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with fluency in corporate communication dynamics.
  • Strong analytical skills, with a data-driven decision-making approach.
  • Deep business acumen, with an innate understanding of growth levers.
  • Demonstrated strategic thinking and execution capabilities through past projects or business success.
  • Maturity to navigate complex corporate culture and adapt quickly in a dynamic environment.
