Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Deputy General Manager of Operations to lead and optimize our operational processes within the automotive sector.

The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in operational management, production efficiency, and team leadership. This role requires a strategic thinker with the ability to oversee daily operations, manage resources, and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee Daily Operations: Ensure optimal performance in production, quality, and resource management.
  • Develop Process Improvements: Implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Coordinate Cross-Functional Teams: Align goals and drive performance with cross-functional teams, including production, quality assurance, and supply chain.
  • Monitor Operational KPIs: Analyze data and prepare reports to inform decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Ensure Compliance: Maintain high standards for quality and safety while ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
  • Mentor and Lead: Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and teamwork by mentoring and leading a team.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree: Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Minimum 10 Years of Experience: Operations management within the automotive industry, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Proven Experience: Process optimization, lean manufacturing, and cost management.
  • Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills.
  • Excellent Leadership and Communication Abilities.
  • Proficiency in ERP and Production Management Software.
