We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead and manage key intellectual property-related matters.

The ideal candidate will have in-depth expertise in both domestic and international intellectual property laws, a client-centric approach, and the ability to guide a team of legal professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle end-to-end intellectual property rights matters including patents, trademarks, copyrights, and designs.
  • Advise clients on intellectual property strategy, protection, enforcement, and commercialization.
  • Draft, review, and file intellectual property applications, oppositions, assignments, and licensing agreements.
  • Represent clients in intellectual property litigation and enforcement actions, including appearing before relevant authorities and courts.
  • Conduct intellectual property due diligence, freedom to operate, and infringement analysis.
  • Liaise with external counsel, authorities, and international associates for cross-border intellectual property matters.
  • Lead and mentor junior team members, ensuring knowledge development and quality delivery.
  • Stay updated with emerging trends, legal amendments, and case laws related to intellectual property rights.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Law (LL.B / LL.M). Registered Patent Agent is a plus.
  • Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in intellectual property law, preferably in a law firm or in-house legal team.
  • Strong legal drafting, analytical, and research skills.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and client-handling abilities.
  • Proven track record in managing complex intellectual property portfolios and high-stakes litigation.
