About the Role

This is a full-time, on-site opportunity to work as a specialist in implementing Zoho applications.

  • Implement and customize Zoho solutions to meet business requirements.
  • Configure workflows and dashboards for various departments.
  • Train internal teams on effective usage of Zoho tools.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely solutions.
  • Ensure seamless integration with existing software systems.
  • Provide recommendations for business process improvements through Zoho tools.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Proven experience in implementing and managing software solutions like Zoho and ERP systems.
  • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, and security concepts.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex software issues.
  • Project management skills with ability to lead implementation projects.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
