Accountant - IT/ITES Exports

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing complete bookkeeping in Zoho Books, including invoices, vendor bills, receipts, payments, expenses, JVs, and adjustments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting principles.
  • Process international client export invoices in Zoho Books and handle bank reconciliations.
  • Record and track accruals, prepaids, and adjustments for accurate financial reporting.
  • Coordinate with vendors to manage invoices, expense tracking, and payroll processing in Zoho Books or related tools.
  • Ensure timely filing of TDS, GST returns, and Softex documentation for IT/ITES compliance.
  • Oversee month-end and year-end closures with audit-ready documentation.
  • Collaborate with auditors and senior accountants to ensure smooth audit processes.
