About Our Opportunity

We're seeking a seasoned Digital Advertising Specialist to drive performance marketing success across our UK & European product portfolios. This role will involve developing and executing data-driven Amazon PPC strategies and high-performing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute Amazon PPC strategies across multiple marketplaces, leveraging expertise in advertising metrics and ranking algorithms.
  • Conduct thorough market, competitor, and keyword research to optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.
  • Create, manage, and analyze ad campaigns to achieve optimal results.
  • Deliver detailed performance reports for internal and client communications, highlighting key findings and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with creative and brand management teams to develop high-converting ad creatives that meet business objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date on Amazon Advertising policies, beta features, and best practices to ensure ongoing campaign optimization.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience managing Amazon Ads for large/enterprise accounts.
  • A proven track record of improving ROAS/ACoS, CTRs, and conversions.
  • Strong grasp of advertising metrics, retail readiness, and ranking algorithms.
  • Experience across UK/US and European Amazon marketplaces.
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, Google Data Studio, keyword tools, and bulk operations.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills.
