We are seeking a Digital Advertising Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will play a crucial behind-the-scenes role in driving business growth through expertly managed Google Ads campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Establish and manage Google Ads accounts for new clients
  2. Create targeted campaigns, develop effective ad copy, and utilize AI tools to optimize results
  3. Regularly review and optimize campaigns to improve performance
  4. Collaborate with the Marketing Operations Manager to ensure seamless integration of conversion tracking and analytics
  5. Provide regular reporting and analysis to inform campaign strategy and budget allocation

Requirements:

  1. Familiarity with general marketing principles and strategies
  2. Minimum one year of experience in Google Ads management
  3. Experience in lead generation campaigns, preferably in a local services or home maintenance context
