A seasoned Senior Patent Attorney is needed to spearhead patent litigation efforts in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in patent law, with a proven track record of success in complex disputes.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead client representation in patent litigation matters before various courts, providing strategic guidance and expert advice.
  • Conduct thorough legal research, drafting pleadings, motions, briefs, and other critical documents that support our clients' interests.
  • Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop effective litigation strategies, ensuring seamless preparation for discovery, deposition, and trial proceedings.
  • Maintain exceptional relationships with clients, keeping them informed about case developments and progress through regular communication.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest patent law developments and procedural updates, applying this knowledge to enhance our clients' outcomes.
  • Work closely with colleagues across practice groups to achieve shared goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology.
  • Admission to the Bar in India and in good standing.
  • A minimum of 4-7 years of experience in patent litigation, with a strong focus on high-stakes cases.
  • Deep familiarity with patent law and procedures, as well as experience with High Court processes.
  • Exceptional research, analytical, and writing skills, with the ability to distill complex information into actionable insights.
  • Potential to work independently, while also collaborating effectively within a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Advanced degree (e.g., master's or PhD) in Engineering or related field.
  • Prior experience with patent prosecution.
  • Experience with technology-related litigation beyond patent matters.
