Accounting Specialist Position

This role involves managing daily accounting tasks, supporting quarterly reporting, and assisting with annual audit and tax compliance for multiple entities and fund structures. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in US GAAP and fair value fund accounting, excellent Excel skills, and experience working with real estate investment platforms.

The successful Accounting Specialist will be responsible for:

  • Working with the accounting team to ensure accurate and timely accounting records.
  • Supporting day-to-day accounting operations for multiple fund entities.
  • Assisting in preparation of financial statements and capital statements.
  • Maintaining accounting documents and data.

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field; a CPA or Chartered Accountant certification is preferred.
  • 4-6 years of relevant experience in accounting, ideally within real estate private equity.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and accounting systems.
