Job Title:

Dynamic Application Performance Monitoring Expert

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Dynamic Application Performance Monitoring (APM) expert to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for deploying and maintaining APM tools across diverse environments and topologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deploying APM tools to diverse environments and topologies distributed across different geographic locations.
  • Gathering requirements from application owners, analyzing the requirements, and implementing monitoring using APM tools on requisite servers.
  • Configuring discovered application processes/services and working with the application team to understand critical transactions.
  • Developing dashboards for critical transactions and customizing anomaly detection rules.
  • Setting up alerting profiles and integrating tools like Jenkins with APM tools.
  • Creating management zones for applications and assigning users to view their application details.
  • Tool management and administration, troubleshooting with DT support to fix issues.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in APM tools.
  • Experience in designing and implementing various APM solutions.
  • Extensive experience in implementation, configuration, and maintenance of APM tools.
  • Familiarity with Python and Node JS is a plus.
  • One Agent Certification is an added advantage.

Skills Required:

  • Dynatrace SaaS and Dynatrace Appmon expertise.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
