Case Analysis Internship

This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the fast-paced environment of a leading background verification platform. As a Case Analysis Intern, you will work closely with different teams within the Operations department, gaining valuable hands-on experience in various aspects of business operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the operations team in day-to-day activities, which may include case analysis, document verification, and database management.
  • Assist in conducting background verification checks for clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues or customer inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Contribute ideas for process improvement and optimization.
  • Perform outbound calls to gather necessary information and follow up on verification requests.
  • Maintain data confidentiality and security by adhering to established protocols and guidelines.
  • Complete assigned tasks and projects within specified deadlines with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Requirements:

  • Pursuing a degree/graduate in any field.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Google Sheets.
  • Detailed-oriented with a keen eye for identifying discrepancies and inconsistencies in data.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.

About the Role:

This is a full-time internship opportunity that requires a minimum duration of 9 months. You should be available to work 9 hours a day, including one hour break. You might have to work on weekends based on business requirements, but overtime allowance will be provided.
