Job Title

A skilled Accounting Associate is required to manage key financial functions, ensure compliance and provide valuable insights to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements ensuring adherence to standards and regulations.
  • Maintain the general ledger journal entries and reconciliations accurately.
  • Collaborate on budgets and forecasts monitoring performance and recommending cost optimizations effectively.
  • Supervise accounts payable and receivable including vendor management and collections efficiently.
  • Ensure tax compliance and assist in preparing tax returns accurately.
  • Support internal and external audits addressing queries and implementing improvements proactively.
  • Continuously review processes for improvement and efficiency gains.
  • Utilize accounting software and ERP systems to manage financial data effectively.
  • Stay updated on accounting principles tax laws and regulations.
  • Communicate financial insights to stakeholders clearly and effectively.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting Finance or related field; CA Inter is an added advantage.
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in accounting or finance.
  • Proficiency in accounting software e.g. Zoho Tally.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines under pressure.
