Cyber security is a vital component of any organisation's digital strategy, and Privileged Access Management (PAM) is at its core. We're on the hunt for a seasoned CyberArk Solutions Architect to join our team and help us design, implement and manage CyberArk PAM solutions that meet our clients' evolving needs.

About the Role

We're looking for someone with solid expertise in CyberArk's suite of products who can collaborate with clients to deliver tailored PAM solutions aligned with business objectives. This role requires strong technical skills, including the ability to design, implement and manage CyberArk components such as EPV, CPM, PSM and PVWA.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement CyberArk PAM solutions across client environments
  • Conduct assessments and audits to identify gaps and recommend improvements
  • Deploy and configure CyberArk components, including EPV, CPM, PSM and PVWA
  • Collaborate with clients to deliver tailored PAM solutions aligned with business needs
  • Perform upgrades, patching and maintenance to ensure optimal performance
  • Provide Level 3 support, including advanced troubleshooting and resolution of complex issues
  • Deliver training and knowledge transfer sessions
  • Advise on PAM best practices, security policies and CyberArk roadmap planning
  • Support automation initiatives using scripting tools and CyberArk capabilities
  • Stay updated on CyberArk product advancements and emerging PAM technologies
  • Evaluate compliance with security and regulatory standards

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CyberArk and experience working with clients to deliver tailored PAM solutions. They will be able to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders and work collaboratively as part of a global team.
