Job Title: CyberArk L3 Support

This is a senior-level position responsible for the implementation and deployment of Privileged Identity Management using CyberArk solution for large-scale customers.

  • Technical Leadership: We are seeking an experienced technical leader to drive project execution and provide technical guidance on CyberArk implementation design and architecture.
  • CyberArk Expertise: Strong knowledge of CyberArk privileged account security suite – CyberArk version 7.x, 8.x, 9.x, and 10.x. Proficiency in using CyberArk PACLI to automate user and safe management tasks.
  • Compliance and Security: Compliance checks on CyberArk for IT security safes and providing alerts and reports accordingly. Investigate, provide RCA, and resolve incidents.
  • Travel and Teamwork: Willingness to travel for customer site deployments. Strong teamwork and communication skills.
  • Infrastructure Administration: Advanced knowledge of windows/VMware administration. Advanced knowledge of Windows Cluster Server.
  • Network and Application Security: Strong grasp of network design, application/infrastructure security concepts, techniques, technologies, and tools.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience: Experience working in on/offshore environments and delivering quality outcomes.
  • Customer Service: Customer service background with ability to empathize with customers and own issues to resolution.
  • Specialist Input: Leading team contribution to technical queries requiring specialist input.
