**Job Description**

We are seeking an experienced Identity Operations Engineer to join our team. This is a rotational shift contract position with a global technology leader, providing an opportunity to work on challenging projects and develop your skills.

As an Identity Operations Engineer, you will be responsible for dealing with ambiguous or undefined problems, demonstrating abstract thinking skills. You will also be comfortable performing requirements analysis, interfacing with stakeholders at various levels, and documenting solutions.

Our ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, strong knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID and SailPoint Identity Security Cloud, and understanding of two-step verification methods and their applications.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

  • Good experience with modern Identity and Access Management products, preferably SailPoint IIQ and SailPoint ISC, MS Entra ID, and CyberArk.
  • Experience in building IAM solutions in complex landscapes involving 100+ applications of various integration types.
  • Expertise in designing Role-Based Access Control systems, Segregation of Duties, Entitlement Management, and Identity Lifecycle Management.
  • Knowledge of modern authentication methodologies like SAML based Federation, OAuth 2.0, and OpenID.
  • Experience contributing to SOC/Sox internal and external audits.
  • Agile team working experience.
