Job Overview:

The successful candidate will lead the development of data strategies and solutions to provide new insights and drive behaviors to ensure compliance. The role requires a strong understanding of data analytics, machine learning, and natural language processing to create actionable recommendations.

This position involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to co-create solutions and advise on data strategy. Additionally, it includes developing analytical models to establish solutions to problems and driving innovation in data visualization and design.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop effective data-driven solutions
  • Develop advanced analytical models to drive business outcomes
  • Conceptualize and design predictive analytics/AI/Machine Learning solutions for Data Sciences projects
  • Enhance effectiveness and efficiency through value-driven solutions
  • Serve as an interface between IT, Data Analysts, and Business units/functions to drive project execution and stakeholder alignment

Requirements:

  • Masters/Bachelor's Degree from a reputable institution
  • 15+ years of experience in Data Analytics or related fields with expertise in statistical modeling and risk/compliance analytics
  • Strong technical knowledge in Data Mining, Big Data Management, Data Visualization, Python, R
  • Ability to work with multi-functional teams and manage projects
