We are seeking a highly skilled Product Support Professional to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving user growth through insightful support interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist users by addressing their queries and concerns via email and phone calls, ensuring seamless interactions
  • Upsell premium packages and add-on services to increase awareness of the platform's offerings
  • Educate users on additional publishing services such as cover design, marketing packages, and distribution options
  • Gather insights from users on their experience and identify areas for improvement
  • Share valuable user feedback with internal teams to inform product enhancements and improve user satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written) for effectively assisting users and conveying information clearly
  • Fluency in Hindi (speaking is essential; reading and writing are advantageous) to engage with users
  • A customer-first mindset with a genuine passion for helping users succeed
  • A proactive attitude toward upselling and promoting high-value services
  • Ability to gather insights from user interactions and report key findings to the team
