Key Roles for Medical AI Analysis

The Quality Assurance Engineer will play a pivotal role in ensuring the accuracy and reliability of AI-driven medical analysis tools. The position involves performing thorough manual testing to guarantee the precision of complex patient data processing.

This includes:

  • Executing comprehensive test plans across web applications, focusing on user experience, data accuracy, and workflow validation.
  • Collaborating closely with engineers, product managers, and domain experts to understand user workflows and identify critical testing scenarios.
  • Conducting specialized testing of AI/ML outputs, including validation of NLP results, LLM responses, and data processing accuracy across diverse medical datasets.
  • Working directly with physicians and legal teams to gather feedback and ensure our tools meet real-world quality standards.

Essential Skills & Qualifications:

We're seeking a highly skilled QA professional with:

  • A minimum of 3 years of manual QA experience with web applications, including test case creation, execution, and defect management.
  • Strong expertise in functional testing, user acceptance testing, and exploratory testing.
  • Familiarity with web technologies and ability to test applications built with modern frameworks.
  • Experience with bug tracking and test management tools (e.g., Linear, Jira, TestRail).
  • Understanding of AI/ML concepts or strong willingness to learn, including how to validate model outputs and data processing results.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail—critical when working with medical data.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with automated testing frameworks (Cypress, Playwright, Selenium) or scripting for test automation.
  • Knowledge of API testing tools (Postman, Insomnia) and basic understanding of REST endpoints.
  • Background in healthcare, medical devices, or regulated industries with understanding of compliance requirements.
