- Delivering high-quality designs, drawings, specifications, and construction documents on time and within budget
- Complying with local regulations and industry standards

To excel in this position, candidates should possess:
- A degree in architecture or a related field
- Proven experience as an Architect, preferably with a track record of delivering successful residential projects
- Exceptional technical drawing skills, proficiency in software tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and relevant industry software
