Job Title: Senior Financial Relationship Advisor

Description
  • This role involves managing and growing financial relationships with customers, driving sales of various financial products to maximize revenue growth.
  • Cross-selling and up-selling financial products to existing bank customers to increase customer lifetime value.
  • Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve targets and meet business objectives.
Responsibilities
  • Generating new leads through assigned banks and leveraging their databases to identify potential customers.
  • Selling insurance products, including life, health, and general insurance policies, to individual and corporate clients.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers to retain business and increase sales.
  • Collaborating with internal teams, such as underwriting and claims, to ensure seamless product delivery and high customer satisfaction.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 1 year's sales experience in the insurance sector or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers at all levels.
  • Excellent sales and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with financial products, including insurance policies and investment options.
